Age Criteria

The final decision regarding the age group of students who will join would depend on their previous school records. At school, we believe that students thrive in their correct class age groups.

As a general rule, age requirement for each grade is –

The eligibility will be calculated based on the number of years mentioned in the above table that the child needs to have completed before the beginning of the academic year of the respective curriculum, grade and school to which the child has taken admission.

Documents Required

Admission form with 3 recent passport-size photos of the child.
Photocopy of the birth certificate.
Transfer Certificate/Conduct Certificate from the previous school.
Marks sheet of the previous year.
Copy of Aadhar Card (student and parent).
One recent passport-size photograph of both parents.

Rules on Admission & Withdrawal:

Parents must submit all required documents.
At least one month's advance notice is needed for withdrawal, with pending fees cleared.
Management decisions are final in case of disputes.
Fees paid are non-refundable.

Notes

1. Fees once deposited are non-refundable, except Security Fee.
2. Fees should be submitted by 10th of each month. Rs. 100.00 will be charged for late payment.
3. Smart classroom charges are included in the fees.
4. Examination fees is included in the composite fee.
5. Collect a proper receipt against any payment to the school.
6. Optional subjects, activities will be charged separately as per norms.
7. Books, uniform, stationery etc. will be charged separately.
8. Transportation charges will vary as per distance.
9. All modes of payment are accepted.
10. Security deposit is interest-free and refundable at the time of withdrawal.

Additional Details

♦ Sibling Discount: 15% off on Admission fees for the second child, 20% off on Admission fees of third child.
♦ Deep Academic Heights Sports Academy: First year is free for any 2 sports.
♦ Full Year Annual fee payment in one slot: Get 7% additional discount on the total fees.
♦ Students who won 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the district, state or national levels in any sport or Curricular activities (non-academic) are eligible for 25% waiver on the Admission fees.
♦ For single mother: 25% admission fee will be waived off.
♦ For Parents from the Teachers community and Parents currently serving in the Armed Forces or have retired from the Armed Forces 25% admission fee will be waived off.
